Probably one of the largest dinosaurs of its era and a type of prosauropod. These dinosaurs were possibly ancestors to sauropods like the Diplodocus. It would have walked on all fours most of the time. But it could also rear up and use its curved thumb claws to hook down twigs and fronds into its mouth. Evidence shows Plateosaurus lived in herds.
