Dette var en teori jeg ramlet over etter forrige episode, og jeg syntes den var ganske så besnærende. Det er en LOST-fan som har postet innlegget funnet på The Fuselage. Høres jo ut som om han er inne på noe.

Possible Time-Loop Indication?
Eggtown, along with previous episodes may be indicating a time-loop.

In the beginning of Daniel's FF he was crying, but did not know why. Could this be because he has done this before and he vaguely remembers what is going to happen?

Charlotte hits the water with a strange sense of amazement. Could this be because she knows she is in a time-loop and is experiencing events for the second time, for the first time (does that make sense)?

Charlotte was wearing a bullet-proof vest at the right time. None of the others were wearing their vest. She knew to wear the vest because she had been shot by Ben before on a previous loop.

Miles doesn't really talk to the dead, he has just been through the loop before. He already knows that the boy that gets murdered was mixed up in drugs and money because he read it in the paper. He already knows how Naomi died because he lived it before. He just doesn't know he has already witnessed these events and thinks he is gifted in the paranormal.

Daniel's and Charlottes card game is a test they are running to confirm they are in the time loop. They are pawns in a masterplan and they are starting to figure it out. Since they have been through the loop before, they have some vague, previous memories and Daniel and Charlotte are trying to confirm their suspicions.

The Losties are in the time-loop for the first time, which is why they don't have any "vague" memories.

Desmond may have been through the loop before, which explains his ability to foresee the future.

Ben is special in that he can either remember all previous loops or can control the looping and execute outside the loop. So can the "bad guys" who are resposible for the whole thing. They are somehow maybe manipulating the time-loop and Ben is not part of the plan.

Jacob is someone with more knowledge than Ben about the looping and how to stop it, but is caught in a parallel loop or caught in some kind of time anomaly. He has valuable info though about how to manipulate the loop like where to go and what to do at certain times.

Walt also has the ability to remember previous loops. Maybe either the Losties have looped a few times (counter to my assumption above) and Walt is the only one with the ability to retain previous loop memories. Or, the Losites overall, have not looped before, but Walt has looped many times and just this loop has an anomaly as it involves this new group of Losties.

There are 2 plane crashes: 1 in the South Pacific and 1 in the Indian Ocean. Maybe the "other" Flt 815 if from a previous (or future) loop?

The loops may not be sequential, they might be in parallel or at least have some overlap. This would result in a multi-dimensional type reality where artifacts from one loop/universe could affect events in another loop/universe.

Does this make any sense?
