Jeg fant denne forklaringen, og ut fra den vil jeg tro det handler om kompetansen til de som skal selge/levere/distribuere et produkt etter at produktets målgruppe er bestemt, etter at det er både utformet og produsert, men det tilsvarende norske uttrykket kan jeg ikke.

Frontline execution competencies: IN this group of competencies front line persons enrich the quality the product or service through their efforts. These competencies are not at the product or service design level or target market selection level in the case of marketing insights but at execution level. They are combination of unique abilities to deliver products to every customer that are consistently almost equal in quality to what the best craftsman would have produced under ideal circumstances.
