Oversette en klage til engelsk

Jeg er skikkelig dårlig på å oversette fra norsk til engelsk , syntes jeg
Jeg har nå en klage til Net-A-Porter vedr DHL
DHL vil at jeg sender den videre til Net-A-Porter

Er det noen snille sjeler som kan oversette dette på en ryddig måte for meg?


Jeg bestilte to produkter i to sendinger fra Net-A-Porter.
Disse to pakkene med sendingsnummer XXXXXX og XXXXXX ,
ble jeg lovet to ganger på tlf i går fra DHL at skulle komme til meg innen kl.19 i går 030308.
Sist gang jeg ringte DHL var kl.16.52 samtalevarighet 7.46 min.
Det mine forventninger blir absolutt ikke innfridd når jeg er hjemme hele dagen også kl.17 ,at jeg får beskjed om at sjåfør var her kl.17 og ingen var hjemme når jeg var hjemme!!! Jeg har også en hund som varsler om det minste bevegelse på min gårdsplass.Her var det ingen fra DHL i går.
Dette er upålitelig , og når man betaler å mye som 50£ i frakt blir man misfornøyd med levering fra dere

I ordered two items in wo shipments from Net-A-Porter. These two shipments, with consigments number xxx and xxx, was promised me, twice on phone with DHL yeasterday, to arrive at my adress within 7 pm (3 March).

Lat time I was on the phone with DHL was at 4.52 pm, the call lasted 7.46 minutes.

I was at home all day yeasterday, also at 5 pm, and they tell me that the driver was at my front door at 5 pm and that he reported that nobody was home, when in fact I was at home!!!
I also have a dog that barks at any movement. There was nobody from DHL here yesterday. This is untrustworthy, and whem I pay as much as 50 Pounds in freight charges I`m displeased with your delivery policy.

I expect a refund of my freight costs.

Yesterday heter det.

I ordered two items in two different shipments from Net-A-Porter.
These shipments, with consigmentsnumber xxx and xxx, was promised me twice on phone with DHL yesterday, to arrive at my adress within 7 pm (3 March).
They never showed up, so I called them, and the driver says he was here, but he was not! I had to stay home all day, because DHL was going to deliver my package.
I have paid as much as £50 in shippingcharges, so I do expect my delivery to show up when it`s supposed to!
This is not good enough, and I expect a refund of my shippingcosts."
